Transcription: The only surgery I had before was I had wisdom teeth removed surgically, but that was many, many years ago. Totally different thing. What surprised me about the surgery, it was right in the stomach there, you need your stomach muscles for an awful lot of things. It really amazed me, just almost any movement you make with your upper body, you use your stomach muscles. And that was the thing that hit me most of all initially.
